Mythos Teamautonomie – Warum sie eine Illusion ist und wir sie trotzdem brauchen

Autonome Teams sind etwas, das häufig als Fundament agiler Organisationen gesehen wird. Der Vortrag beschäftigt sich mit Teamautonomie aus Perspektive von Organisationen und Software-Entwicklung entlang folgender Fragen: Was bedeutet Autonomie in einer Organisation? Kann es autonome Teams eigentlich geben? Warum passiert es, dass Teams nicht autonom sind? Warum ist die Illusion von Autonomie oft wertvoller als faktische Autonomie? Und warum ist die Abwesenheit von Autonomie wertvoll?
