Migrating Monoliths to Microservices: A Comparison of Approaches

Usually, microservices are not built on a green field. Instead, a monolith is migrated into a microservices architecture. This presentation shows goals and constraints of a migration strategy. A blueprint strategy is presented which is not limited to architecture but also covers infrastructure. Finally, alternative approaches with their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
