Eight years after the publication of the Continuous Delivery book, many organizations are still trying to implement Continuous Delivery successfully. This presentation focuses on what typically causes such projects to fail, what challenges they face, and how to solve them. The focus is on organizational, cultural and strategic issues as well as architecture, which, unlike technical issues, are surprisingly difficult to solve and too often neglected.
