In case you’re wondering about the blog hiatus, or the unusually long response times to emails: I’ve broken my arm (long story) and had some minor surgery (all is well now) … and it took me a while to get the hospital’s WiFi connection to work.

I expect a return to agreed service levels within the next two weeks.
