For once, I thoroughly disagree with Paul Graham — software patents, IMO, are inherently Evil.
Software Patents ARE Evil. How does Graham arrive at the conclusion that standard patents=software patents in the first few paragraphs? I can’t follow it. The rest of his article is worthless because of this already flawed assumption.
