The Absurdity of Intelligence and Personality Tests

In The Trials of Testing, Aaron Swartz discusses why one should not judge people by intelligence or personality tests … I never believed in IQ tests (I remember trying one out once, and coming up with 20 points more on the second try which completely destroyed my confidence) but it’s good to have some scientific pointers.
